What we collect
When you submit a contact form, Natalie’s guided form, or the property-alert form, we collect the contact information and real-estate preferences you provide, the form source, and the time and wording of your consent.
How we use it
Patrick and authorized members of his team use this information to respond to inquiries and, when you separately request property alerts, to send relevant listings and occasional real-estate updates. The website does not sell or rent your information, and it does not use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking.
Where it is stored
Submitted leads are stored in the website’s private lead system. Access is limited to authorized team members. If email notifications are enabled, the lead details may also be sent through the site’s configured email-delivery provider so Patrick can respond promptly.
Retention and your choices
Lead information is generally retained for up to 24 months after the last activity unless a longer period is needed for an active client relationship, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. Every marketing email will provide a way to unsubscribe, and you may also ask to review, correct, or delete your submitted information.
